Remarks : 
Note for No.6
a) The Board of Directors has on 18 August 2020 recommended a final cash dividend of 1.90 sen (previous corresponding year: 2.30 sen) per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020 for approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. 
b) The total cash dividend for the financial year ended 30 June 2020 of 3.10 sen per ordinary share is amounting to approximately RM174.9 million, comprises the following:

(i)  Interim cash dividend of 1.20 sen per ordinary share amounting to RM67.7 million was paid on 25 June 2020 ; and
(ii) Proposed final cash dividend of 1.90 sen per ordinary share amounting to approximately RM107.2 million.

As the economic environment is expected to remain extremely challenging in the short to medium term and in view of current investment opportunities, the Board of Directors has decided to conserve cash by recommending a final cash dividend of 1.9 sen  in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2020.
