Remarks : 
The Board of Directors have recommended payment of a final single-tier dividend of 14.00 sen per ordinary share of RM1.00 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2015. The proposed final single-tier dividend will be subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-First Annual General Meeting of the Company.
