A final single tier dividend of 11 sen (2014: 10 sen single tier dividend) has been proposed  by the Board of Directors in respect of financial year ended 30 April 2015 which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting . The dates of book closure and payment will be announced at a later date.
