1) On 26 March 2019, the Board of Directors declared a final dividend of 2 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2018 and was approved by the shareholders at the 23rd Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on 21 May 2019.
2) On 28 March 2018, the Board of Directors declared a final dividend of 1 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017 and was approved by the shareholders at the 22nd AGM held on 23 May 2018. |
