| Remarks : |
| We would like to announce that we have made an amendment to the 3rd Quarter results due to the following:- As per the shareholders’ approval obtained during the EGM held on 6 August 2009 and the Court’s approval of the Proposed Par Value Reduction, a portion of the credit arising from the Par Value Reduction of RM40,567,250 be applied towards: (a)Firstly, the creation of a Capital Reserve to be utilised for the issuance of the Warrants under the Proposed Issuance of Free Warrants; and (b)Secondly, the balance setting off and eliminating the Accumulated Losses of the Company. Based on the assessment conducted by Ferrier Hodgson MH Sdn Bhd vide its letter dated 1 July 2009, the fair value for 40,567,250 Warrants totaling RM10,141,813 based on the fair value of each Warrant at RM0.25. Therefore, an amount of RM10,141,813 to be debited from Share Capital to Capital Reserve. The amendments have been made to the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheet and Condensed Consolidated Statements of Changes in Equity to reflect the abovementioned. |
