| The final dividend of 4 sen per share less income tax of 27% (2.92 sen net) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2006 proposed by the directors on 28 February 2007 will be tabled for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company. The entitlement and payment dates of this proposed dividend will be determined at a later date. |
