| This supersedes the anouncement made on 30 May 2006 (Reference No.: CS-60526-64552) due to an error in the computation of the Net Assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent ("NA"). In the earlier announcement dated 30 May 2006, the computation of the NA of RM2.98 (2005: RM2.86) was inclusive of the minority interest whereas the NA of RM2.64 (2005: RM2.56) in the amended announcement is excluding the minority interest. |
