| For the financial year ended 31 March 2012, 1) an interim dividend of 1.0 sen per share less 25% tax was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 24 November 2011 and subsequently paid on 11 January 2012; and 2) A final dividend of 2.0 sen per share less 25% tax was proposed by the Board of Directors. This final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
