| On 05 September 2006, the Company issued 20,725,864 bonus shares of RM1.00 each by capitalisation of : a) Share premium account - RM 3,206,022; and b) Retained Profits - RM17,519,842. This was followed by a subdivision of every one (1) ordinary share of RM1.00 each into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each. The bonus shares and subdivided shares were listed and quoted on 13 September 2006. The Net Assets per Share for 2005, restated as if the bonus and subdivision of shares occured in 2005 is RM0.5963 |
