Remarks : 
Final dividend for current year comprises of share dividend via a distribution of treasury share on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every one hundred (100) ordinary shares held, fraction of treasury share to be disregarded. The dividend of 0.59 sen per share is calculated based on the market closing price of RM0.585 per share on 16 March 2021.
