| The basic earnings per share and net assets per share attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent for the preceding year corresponding quarter/period were restated for the effect of share split from RM0.50 per ordinary share to RM0.25 per ordinary share. The Board of Directors declared a special dividend of RM0.14 per ordinary share of RM0.50 each, less income tax at 25%, and a second interim single tier dividend of RM0.10 per ordinary share of RM0.25 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The Board of Directors also declared an interim single tier dividend of RM0.05 per ordinary share RM0.25 each in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012. |
