| 1)Certain comparative figures have been restated to comply with the adoption of Financial Reporting Standards, Amendment to Financial Reporting Standards and Interpretations. 2) For the financial year ended 31 December 2010, the Board is recommending a payment of a first and final dividend of 3.50 sen per ordinary share less 25% tax (2009: 2.00 sen less 25% tax) and a preference share dividend of 4.20 sen per preference share under single tier system, for the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company. The dates of the entitlement and payment for the dividend for both ordinary shares and preference shares will be announced at a later date. |
