Remarks : 
For the financial year ended 31 December 2015, the Board is recommending a payment of a first and final dividend of 6.50 sen per ordinary share under single tier system (2014 interim dividend: 5.00 sen) and a preference share dividend of 7.80 sen (2014 interim dividend: 6.00 sen) per ICPS under single tier system, for the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
