| The details of the Proposed Dividend are as follows:- i. a Final Dividend of 9.0% less 25.0% income tax (6.75 sen net per ordinary share); and ii. a Special Dividend of 18.0% less 25.0% income tax (13.5 sen net per ordinary share). The payment of the Dividends is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
