| An interim tax exempt dividend of 1.5 sen per ordinary shares has been declared in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2002. An interim dividend net of tax of 1.44 sen per ordinary shares ( 2.0 sen gross per ordinary shares, less tax at 28 %) was declared in respect of previous financial year and was paid by the Company on 22 May 2002. |
