Remarks :
(a) The calculation of net assets per share for 2010 has been adjusted as a result of an increase in the number of shares outstanding pursuant to Share Exchange which was completed on 23 September 2011 via a members' Scheme of Arrangement under Section 176 of the Companies Act, 1965. The adjustment is to reflect the effect of this Share Exchange as if it had occured at the beginning of year 2010.

(b) The Board of Directors recommends the payment of a final single-tier dividend of 6 sen per share on 120,000,004 ordinary shares amounting to about RM7,200,000 which, subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, will be paid on 17 July 2012 to shareholders whose names appear in the Company's Registrer of Members and Record of Depositors on 29 June 2012.
