Allianz EPS is actually RM2.9669 per share and not RM411 per share. Bare in mind the earnings must be distributed as dividends to preferred shareholders. The basic EPS is then reduced to RM2.9669 making PE of 6.2 (still low).

Assuming Allianz continues to grow at 10%, this counter is worth RM 30/share.
