We refer to our announcements dated 25 October 2018, 26 October 2018, 8 November 2018, 17 December 2018, 20 December 2018, 15 January 2019, 18 January 2019, 14 February 2019, 22 February 2019, 18 April 2019 and 25 April 2019 in relation to the Proposed SCR (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of SPB wishes to announce that a written notice for the suspension of trading of the ordinary shares in SPB and the entitlement date for the SCR ("Notice") will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on 29 April 2019.
