Hence, Dato' Zaibedah Binti Ahmad ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee upon her retirement as Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 57th AGM held on 26 April 2019.
(ii) The Board of Directors of the Company will identify or source for a suitable candidate to fill the vacancy of the member of Remuneration Committee in order to comply with the Remuneration Committee's Term of Reference. |
