Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 14 May 2013. The Board of Directors of Patimas wishes to announce that the Company’s Solicitors had notified the Company that the application for the extension of Restraining Order ("RO") under Section 176(10) of the Companies Act 1965 which had expired on 9 November 2013 has been granted with an extension for four (4) months from 9 November 2013 to 9 March 2014. The RO does not have any financial and operational impact on Patimas. This announcement is dated 11 November 2013.
