3)  Date Payable : 26 Jul 2019

Remarks: Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. This proposed first and final single-tier dividend will be subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 10th Annual General Meeting of SIG Gases Berhad.
