As the Closing Price is lower than SUPERMX-C4U's Exercise Price of RM0.80, holders of SUPERMX-C4U will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised SUPERMX-C4U will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the SUPERMX-C4U shall terminate absolutely.
