We refer to OCB’s announcement dated 10 April 2019 in relation to the Shareholders' Agreement between Agrow Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“ACSB”), a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of OCB, and Medik Gen Sdn. Bhd. (“MGSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of LKL International Berhad (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of Directors of OCB wishes to announce that the joint venture company, LKL AGROW HEALTHTECH SDN. BHD. (“LKLAHSB”) has been incorporated on 15 April 2019 under the Companies Act, 2016. The initial issued share capital of LKLAHSB is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares and the shareholders are ACSB and MGSB, holding 1 ordinary share each.

The first Directors of LKLAHSB are Wong Choon Shein and Chan Wai Tatt representing ACSB, and Hoo Hou Meng and Lim Ming Chang representing MGSB.

The registered address of LKLAHSB is D117, Block D, First Floor, Kelana Square, 17 Jalan SS 7/26, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
