We refer to our announcements dated 20 December 2018 and 25 July 2019 in relation to the Proposed Disposals.
The Board of Directors of KUB is pleased to announce that the Proposed Disposals have been completed on 8 November 2019 upon fulfilment of the terms and conditions as stated in the SPA and the SSA.
Accordingly, KUB Tower Sdn Bhd has ceased to be a subsidiary of the Company.
