Further to the announcement dated 28 February 2019 on the remittance of USD200,000.00 of  the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 by IQ Group Holdings Berhad ('the Company') in IQ Group (Wuning) Ltd (‘IQW’), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had, on 9 April 2019, remitted a further amount of USD370,000.00 (equivalent to RM1,515,890.00) being 14% of the proposed investment of USD2,650,000.00 in IQW. 

As a result of the above remittance, a total amount of USD570,000.00 had been remitted as of to-date.
