We wish to announce that TAKAFUL-C2 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 24 March 2026 ("Expiry Date") and the Cash Settlement Amount shall be calculated as below.
Cash Settlement Amount:
= Number of TAKAFUL-C2 x (Closing Price - Exercise Price) x (1/Exercise Ratio)
= Number of TAKAFUL-C2 x (RM3.2450 - RM3.8000) x (1/3)
= Number of TAKAFUL-C2 x RM0.0000
The Closing Price of RM 3.2450 is the average volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the TAKAFUL Shares for the five (5) Market Days prior to and including the Market Day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Cash Settlement Amount is equal to or less than zero, we shall not be obliged to make any payment to the relevant holder and TAKAFUL-C2 shall become void and cease to have exercise rights and our obligation in respect of TAKAFUL-C2 shall terminate absolutely.
