Remarks: Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. The ICULS shall bear a coupon rate of 6% per annum based on the nominal value of RM0.50 per ICULS prior to the coming into effect of the Companies Act 2016.
