Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors of Mega Fortris Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that during the case management held on 21 April 2026, the Court has converted the hearing of the Company's Striking Out Application, on 23 April 2026, to a case management for further directions to be given alongside other pending interlocutory applications before the Court, including the Company's Security for Costs Application.
