The Board of Directors ("Board") of GDB wishes to announce that the establishment of a Board Sustainability Committee with effect from 29 April 2026. The Board Sustainability Committee will support the Board in overseeing the sustainability matters of the Company and its subsidiaries ("Group"), including ensuring that the Group's business operations, strategies and approaches are aligned with its sustainability commitments, promoting the integration of Economic, Environmental, Social and Governance principles into the Group's governance framework and business practices, and overseeing the management of sustainability-related risks and matters within the Group.

The composition of the Board Sustainability Committee is as follows:-

1. Mr. Winston Bong Ting Yan - Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director

2. Mdm. Kow Poh Gek - Member, Independent Non-Executive Director

3. Mr. Cheah Jun Kai - Member, Executive Director
