Further to the Company's announcement made on 12 August 2025 ("Announcement") relating to the members' voluntary winding-up of Livingston Education Sdn. Bhd. ("LESB"), a wholly-owned dormant subsidiary of the Company, the Company wishes to announce that LESB had held its final meeting on 8 May 2026 to conclude its members' voluntary winding up ("Final Meeting").

The Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting ("Return") will be lodged with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and the Official Receiver within 7 days from the Final Meeting, and on the expiration of 3 months from the date of the lodgment of the Return, LESB will be dissolved in accordance with Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016.
