We refer to the announcements dated 6 March 2025, 5 May 2025, 12 December 2025, 16 December 2025, 31 December 2025, 20 January 2026, 29 January 2026, 31 March 2026, 6 April 2026 and 7 April 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcements"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.


On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that, the Company had on 14 May 2026 submitted an application to Bursa Securities seeking its approval for an extension of time of up to 11 December 2026 for the Company to complete the implementation of the Acquisition, Private Placement and Rights Issue.
