As the Closing Price is lower than INARI-C4C 's Exercise Price of RM3.00, holders of INARI-C4C will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised INARI-C4C will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of INARI-C4C shall terminate absolutely.
