Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 2 October 2025 in relation to the execution of an engineering, procurement and construction contract ("Contract") between Pekat Solar Sdn. Bhd. ("Pekat Solar"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and a company ("Main Contractor") for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of a 63 megawatt AC ("MWac") large scale solar photovoltaic energy generating facility located at Kulai, Johor ("Contract Works")("Earlier Announcement").

Unless stated otherwise, all abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcement.

1. INTRODUCTION

The Company wishes to announce that Pekat Solar and the Main Contractor had on 29 May 2026, entered into Supplemental Agreements ("Supplemental Agreements") to amend certain terms of the Contract.

2. VARIATION OF TERMS TO THE CONTRACT

Pursuant to the addition works contemplated under the Supplemental Agreements, which resulting the additional capacities of 72 MWac, the Contract Works to be executed by Pekat Solar have been varied from a 63 MWac large scale solar photovoltaic energy generating facility to a total capacity of 135 MWac.

Following the variation to the Contract Works and the corresponding adjustment to the contract price, the total contract sum of the Contract has been revised to approximately RM186.54 million (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred and Eighty-Six Million Five Hundred and Forty Thousand only).

Save as disclosed above, all other terms of the Contract remain unchanged and shall continue to remain in full force and effect.

3. ASSUMPTION OF FINANCIAL EFFECTS AND RISK FACTORS

Save for the financial effects and risk factors as disclosed in the Earlier Announcement, there are no material changes to the financial effects and risk factors arising from the entry into the Supplemental Agreements.
