Reference is made to the earlier announcements dated 26 February 2026, 27 February 2026, 6 March 2026, 26 March 2026, 1 April 2026, 22 April 2026 and 6 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities and Astramina Advisory wish to announce that all conditions precedent of the Subscription Agreement have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Subscription Agreement has become unconditional on 3 June 2026.
