- UPDATES ON ARBITRATION COMMENCED BY PT PERTAGAS NIAGA ("PT GN") AGAINST PT PERINDUSTRIAN SAWIT SYNERGI ("PT PSS"), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF KLK

Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 3 July 2026 in relation to the commencement of the arbitration proceeding at Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia ("BANI") between the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, PT PSS and PT GN arising from the termination of a Gas Supply Agreement entered into between PT GN and PT PSS.

 

The Board of Directors of KLK wishes to announce that PT PSS had, on the late evening of 1 October 2026, received the arbitral award dated 30 September 2026 rendered by BANI's Arbitral Tribunal ("Arbitral Award"). The Arbitral Award is final and binding, and the arbitration proceedings have concluded.
