The Board of Directors of Box-Pak wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders’ approval in respect of the following proposals at the forthcoming Forty-Fifth Annual General Meeting of the Company:
1. Proposed renewal of authority for the Company to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company;
2. Proposed renewal of mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and
3. Proposed adoption of the New Constitution of the Company.
The Share-Buy Back Statement and the Circular to Shareholders containing detailed information on the abovementioned proposals will be issued and despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
