Reference is made to the previous announcements made on 24 December 2014, 10 July 2017, 17 April 2018, 5 July 2018 and 28 January 2019.
The Board of Directors wishes to announce that Crestronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMSB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of BSL Corporation Berhad had on 22 March 2019 received an update from its solicitor that the Shah Alam High Court had adjourned the hearing date from 29 March 2019 to 21 May 2019.
The Company will make further announcement if there is any material update on the above said matter.
