We refer to the announcements dated 20 August 2019, 5 September 2019, 13 September 2019 and 14 October 2019 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that 504,166,452 Bonus Shares (including 97,600 Treasury Shares) will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 6 November 2019. Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be 1,008,332,904 GCB Shares (including 195,200 Treasury Shares).
