Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those given to them in the initial announcement dated 7 March 2019. 

Further to the Company’s announcement made on 7 March 2019, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that an application was made to strike off Jerasia Haulege as Jerasia Haulage has ceased its operations since financial year ended 31 March 2012 and has no intention to commence its business in the future. The striking-off of Jerasia Haulage is part of the Group’s streamlining exercise to reduce administrative resources and cost incurred for maintaining the subsidiary.
