The Board of Directors of Jerasia wishes to announce that Jerasia Haulage Sdn. Bhd. (Company No. 409828-T) ("Jerasia Haulage"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has been struck off from the Register of the Companies Commision of Malaysia following the publication of Jerasia Haulage's name pursuant to Section 551(3) of the Companies Act 2016 in the Gazette on 28 November 2018. 

The striking-off of Jerasia Haulage Sdn. Bhd. does not have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2019.
