Further to the announcement made on 10 December 2018, the Board of Directors of YLI wishes to announce that Pinang Water Ltd ("PWL"), a 37% owned dormant associate company of YLI has on 7 March 2019 lodged the Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting with the Labuan Financial Services Authority.
PWL will be fully dissolved after the expiration of three months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting with the Labuan Financial Services Authority.
