The Board of Directors of SCBUILD/0109 is pleased to announce that the Company had on 1 November 2019 entered into a Shareholders' Agreement with Sigmagate Capital Sdn. Bhd. and SC College Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as "the Parties") to form a joint venture company which shall act as the special purpose vehicle to be Lead Turnkey Consortium to undertake for the constructing of basic infrastructures and related works of the future Technology Hub in the State of Kedah and Perlis and/or such other purposes deemed appropriate by the Parties.
