Final dividend via share dividend distribution on the basis of one (1) treasury share for every sixty-five (65) existing ordinary shares held in the Company in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2019.

1)  The above Company's securities will be traded and quoted "Ex - Dividend” as from: 6 Dec 2019
2)  The last date of lodgment : 9 Dec 2019
3)  Date Payable : 8 Jan 2020

Remarks 1:. The above share dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Second Annual General Meeting of Supermax Corporation Berhad. 2.Any fractional entitlement arising from the computation of share dividend entitlement will be disregarded.
