The Board of Directors of PLS (“Board”) wish to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Jasa Indahmas Sdn Bhd (“JISB” or “Purchaser”), had on 30 October 2019 entered into a conditional sales and purchase agreement with Lee Seng Yean & Brothers Sdn Bhd (“LSYB” or the “Vendor”) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition for a total purchase consideration of RM20,000,000.00 (“Purchase Consideration”) to be satisfied entirely by cash (“SPA”).
