We refer to the announcements dated 11 February 2019, 19 February 2019, 21 February 2019, 12 March 2019, 18 March 2019, 19 March 2019, 22 July 2019, 23 July 2019, 13 August 2019, 15 August 2019, 3 September 2019, 19 September 2019 and 1 October 2019 (“Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders dated 16 August 2019 (“Circular”) in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous Announcements and Circular shall apply herein.

Reference is made to Section 12 of the Circular wherein it was stated in relation to the estimated timeline for implementation of the Rights Issue with Warrants that barring any unforeseen circumstances, the announcement of the Entitlement Date for the Rights Issue with Warrants is expected to take place by end September 2019 and issuance of the Abridged Prospectus would accordingly take place by early / mid October 2019.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that at this juncture, the Entitlement Date for the Rights Issue with Warrants is expected to be announced within the 4th quarter of calendar year 2019, with consequential changes to the estimated timeline for completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.

In view of the foregoing, E&O has on 31 October 2019 entered into a letter agreement with AmInvestment Bank (which is supplemental to and is to be read together with the underwriting agreement dated 1 October 2019 entered into between E&O and AmInvestment Bank) to mutually extend the deadline for the submission, registration, lodgement and issuance of the Abridged Prospectus to 31 December 2019.
