Unless otherwise redefined, the definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the earlier announcement in relation to the Proposed Transactions. We refer to the earlier announcement dated 3 September 2019 in relation to the above matter. On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that, on 31 October 2019, BCM and the Parties have mutually agreed to extend the Closing Date of the LOI to 2 December 2019 for the finalisation and execution of Definitive Agreement(s). All other provisions contained in the LOI shall remain in full force and unchanged. This announcement is dated 31 October 2019. |
