The Board wishes to inform the status updates of the following MOU:- 1) MOU between PESTECH and Electrical Construction and Installation, State Enterprise, a State-Owned Laos Company The MOU had lapsed. 2) MOU between PESTECH Sdn. Bhd. and Xang Kham Construction Building Road and Bridge Import Heavy Machine Co., Ltd. The MOU had lapsed. 3) MOU between PESTECH Technology Sdn. Bhd. and HollySys (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd. There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 27 August 2019. 4) MOU between PESTECH and Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment Group The MOU had lapsed. 5) MOU between PESTECH Technology Sdn. Bhd. and Permodalan Darul Ta’zim Sdn. Bhd. The MOU had lapsed. 6) MOU between PESTECH and Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman PESTECH via its subsidiary, CRSE Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Colas Rail System Engineering Sdn. Bhd., had entered into an Industrial Collaboration Programme Recipient Agreement with Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman for the latter to acquire the knowledge in the areas of Railway Power Supply and Distribution System and depart such knowledge to the undergraduates and postgraduates student in the effort to develop human capital in the aforesaid areas. 7) MOU between PESTECH Power Sdn. Bhd. and RS Renewables K.K. There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 27 August 2019. 8) MOU between PESTECH and Atlantic Blue Sdn. Bhd. There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 27 August 2019. 9) MOU between PESTECH, Dewan Bandaraya Kuching Utara and Layar Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 27 August 2019. 10) MOU between PESTECH and Huainan Sungrow Floating Module SCI. & Tech Co., Ltd There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 27 August 2019. 11) MOU between PESTECH Power Sdn. Bhd. and TASCO Cu Chi Environmental Company Limited There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 23 September 2019. 12) MOU between PESTECH and Port Klang Free Trade Zone Sdn. Bhd. There has been no material development since the previous announcement dated 23 October 2019. This announcement is dated 28 November 2019. |
