We refer to the announcements made on 4 October 2019 and 16 October 2019 in relation to the Proposed Placement (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used in this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements unless otherwise defined herein.

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities has, vide its letter dated 30 October 2019, approved the listing of and quotation for up to 177,126,300 new Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Placement, subject to the following conditions:

(i)    TDEX and Mercury Securities must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposed Placement;

(ii)   TDEX and Mercury Securities to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Placement; and

(iii)  TDEX to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Placement is completed.
