Remarks: (a) A non-cumulative dividend payment to the holder of Irredeemable Convertible Preference Shares at a dividend rate of RM0.00015 per share. Due to space constraint in the announcement template, the dividend rate appears to read as RM0.0001. (b) In accordance with Article 4A of the Articles of Association of the Company, the ICPS holder shall be entitled to receive non-cumulative dividend in priority over the ordinary shares.
