We refer to the announcement dated 28 May 2019 and 4 June 2019 in relation to the above.
The Company wish to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd (“TSRB”) ("Plaintiff") has been informed by its solicitors of the following update:-
The learned Judicial Commissioner has dismissed the Plaintiff’s application to set aside the adjudication decision and had allowed the Defendant’s application to enforce the adjudication decision.
The Company is seeking its solicitors’ advice for next course of action.
Further announcement will be made of any material development changes as and when appropriate.
